近日,子公司潤邦海洋為澳大利亞TAMS集團(tuán)建造的1座浮碼頭, 3套導(dǎo)管架和1套棧橋項(xiàng)目已圓滿交付并通過半潛船和重吊船運(yùn)輸啟航至澳大利亞。項(xiàng)目的順利交付是潤邦海洋布局國際化戰(zhàn)略、深耕澳大利亞市場(chǎng)的里程碑,標(biāo)志著潤邦海洋高端海洋工程裝備建造實(shí)力再次獲得海外客戶的高度認(rèn)可。
項(xiàng)目總重量約13,000噸,材料最高等級(jí)為1100Mpa, 其中460C等級(jí)材料近2,500噸,采用DNV和AS標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建造,按照100% NDT要求進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。自去年承接項(xiàng)目以來,潤邦海洋項(xiàng)目組全力以赴,建造過程中,項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)攻克了高強(qiáng)度等級(jí)材料焊接、抱環(huán)閉合試驗(yàn)、海生物水下清理、甲板面大面積防滑砂施工、Dolphin高精度吊裝試驗(yàn)等難題。潤邦海洋充分發(fā)揮自身的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì),不斷地探索和創(chuàng)新,利用模塊車進(jìn)行船臺(tái)搭載等新工藝,大幅縮短建造工期,降低作業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),確保項(xiàng)目按計(jì)劃順利推進(jìn),最終提前近2個(gè)月高質(zhì)量交付,高強(qiáng)度材料焊接UT合格率達(dá)到99.86%。
該項(xiàng)目將應(yīng)用于KMSB碼頭,用于??看笮透∈缴a(chǎn)儲(chǔ)卸油船(FPSO)、汽車滾裝船等大型船只,提高碼頭裝卸效率、推動(dòng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)繁榮??蛻舳啻伪硎緷櫚詈Q笳宫F(xiàn)的專業(yè)技能和完美履約精神令人印象深刻,為雙方未來長期合作奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。

Recently, ROC has successfully delivered a project consisting of 1 floating pontoon, 3 jackets and 1 linkspan built for TAMS Group in Australia. The project was shipped to Australia via semi - submersible vessel and heavy - lift vessel. The smooth delivery of this project is a milestone in the company's international strategic layout and its deep - rooted development in the Australian market. Eventually, the project was delivered with high quality nearly 2 months ahead of schedule, and the ultrasonic testing (UT) qualification rate of high - strength material welding reached 99.86%.
This project will be applied at KMSB Wharf, used for berthing large - scale Floating Production Storage and Offloading vessels (FPSOs), ro - ro car carriers and other large ships. It will help improve the wharf handling efficiency and promote regional economic prosperity.
